vineyards surround the house and garden on all sides, and offer magnificent views of the nearby dentelles de montmirail mountains.
with a pristine heated pool, the gardens are VERY PRIVATE AND completely enclosed so your kids or pets cannot wander off. the pool has an electronic cover for safety and to keep it warm.
lounge in comfort
There are 4 large luxury sunbeds with mattresses on the pool terrace and 2 lighter high-spec sunbeds with armrests; ideal for reading and moving in and out of the shade as required. Equally 2 small round tables can be repositioned to suit your mood and the weather.
Sun and shade
The shady arbour is an essential retreat from the heat of the day. With a very large dining table and six comfy chairs, you will dine and while away the evening hours here. Almost a room outside with its leafy canopy of jasmine and wisteria, it has a gas barbecue, handy bar and atmospheric lighting.

The pristine 8 x4m pool has been fully renovated. You will welome its being warmed in spring and autumn and value it's cooling properties in high summer. It has an electric cover for safety and to keep it clean. Next to it is a solar heated shower. Our pisciniste maintains it every week.

We speak English, French, Dutch and some German. You will be greeted on arrival in French/English.
GETTING HERE
- 15 minutes drive North East from Orange and the A7 motorway.
- Avignon TGV train station (direct connections from London) is 40 minutes drive away. Paris is less than 3 hours away by train (TGV)
- Marseille airport is a little over an hour away with a large choice of flights.
pets, children & access
This is a pet and child friendly house. Unlike most rentals in this area, we have an entirely closed garden. Pets are welcome - please mention them also when you book. The ground floor has a 20cm step between the original part of the house and the rest. With staircases to the bedrooms it is perhaps not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
